Grading stations and automatic stacking system installations were successfully completed on a fast track schedule.

INOTECH proceeded with the first phase on a major project consisting of a mechanical lug loader, optimized trimming system with auto-positioning pneumatic fence system and a line shaft trimmer.

The second phase was the installation of an automatic sorting system with an automatic stacking system for short dimensions ( pallet material) at 27" to 60" in length.

After only three days of start-up, the complete line was operating at full speed and with very small thicknesses such as ½".

INOTECH’s unique concept  of a lateral auto-stacking system was the only way to do it due to space restrictions.
