Mike Almond of Australia has purchased controlling interest in the newly formed Hallco Industries Inc.  The innovator of the Live Floor conveyor system Olof Hallstrom and his wife Mary have sold their interests in Hallco. 

It all started over 30 years ago when Olof Hallstrom came up with the idea for the hydraulic powered Live Floor conveyor system.  He then patented this Live Floor technology and the rest is history.  He has grown Hallco Manufacturing Co. over the years to include facilities in North Carolina and Texas as well as two facilities in Tillamook, Oregon. 

There have been some changes in the company structure as well.  Steve Hallstrom will be serving as president of Hallco Industries Inc., and Dan Hallstrom as vice-president of manufacturing.  Jack McClave has returned as Chief Financial Officer and Charles Russell has accepted the position as vice-president sales/marketing heading up the sales team located in the USA.
